Nikolai Kojoukhovski exhibits in Nice

He has lived in Nice for more than 20 years and his paintings are immediately recognizable by their abundance of frank and acid colors. Nikolai Kojoukhovski, a Russian painter, claims to be an impressionist by the fact that he paints from nature, according to his own perception of what he sees. His snapshots are carefully crafted and he has no equal in translating the warm vibrations of the Riviera light. When we know what it cost Monet in effort, we can only salute the result.

Nikolaï is a perpetual optimist, of great kindness. You will meet him through 6 of his works at the BNP on avenue Jean Médecin, in Nice, just opposite the Nice Étoile shopping center...
